Friday Color Wheel - 5 Things... Yellow

Carolina Color Inspiration by Raleigh Calligraphy

Oh, hello there, October. And hey, thanks for bringing Friday with you. Yep. It's back. The Friday Color Wheel has returned just in time for Fall. I don't know about you, but Autumn is my favorite time of year. The air is crisper, the leaves look painted and the pies are apple. So what better way to kick off the start of Fall than with five things yellow? My thoughts exactly. Happy Fri-YAY!

I LOVE Fall fashion and with scarfs like this one by Flytrap, what's not to love? Flytrap does all their screen printing by hand in their studio. To see more of their garments visit them at https://www.etsy.com/shop/flytrap.

Okay with a cake stand this elegant, I might be tempted to bake more cakes! This stand by Wood Expressions was hand turned on a wood lathe from a single piece of wood. To see more wooden house wares from this Chester SC studio visit https://www.etsy.com/shop/WoodExpressions.

Rustic Reclaimed Wood Chair- Distressed Yellow

Gardens and outdoor spaces should have plenty of seating for picnics and tea parties and the like. This is one of the best shabby chic garden chairs I have laid eyes on this season! Wood & Nails creates a variety of reclaimed wood furniture and super cute childrens' toys. https://www.etsy.com/shop/WoodnNails

This cast iron bird is gorgeous. Love the vintage look of this hand painted and distressed bottle opener made by Juxtaposition. You can see their whole collection of bottle openers, door knockers and garden art at https://www.etsy.com/shop/WoodnNails.

This window mirror by The Decorative Company is a great statement piece for a main room or studio. I have a feeling it would be a bit of a conversation starter, too. Head to https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheDecorativeCompany for more colors and an to check out their other accent pieces.

Well there you have it. Five YELLOW finds from the Carolinas. What are you favorite finds from this week’s line up? I hope you’ll share your thoughts with us in the comments below and then have an awesome weekend.
