Wholesale Terms & Conditions
MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
The minimum opening order is $150USD. The minimum reorder is $100USD.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
The minimum order quantity for all single cards is 6 per style. The minimum order quantity for all other products is 2 per style.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
Email Info@RaleighCalligraphy.com a list of SKU numbers and quantities. Or fill out the order form and return to us by post or email. Credit card payment will be processed upon shipping. You may also place an order via Etsy Wholesale.
All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Buyer will be charged exact shipping. For international buyers, any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Raleigh Calligraphy & Design does not accept returns.
All orders are charged at the time of shipment. Net30 is not accepted at this time. Raleigh Calligraphy & Design accepts credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal invoicing. Checks accepted for subsequent orders. Please make checks payable to Raleigh Calligraphy & Design. Orders prepaid by check will only ship once the check is cleared. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee.
Orders ship from our studio in Fuquay Varina, NC. Shipping is not included in the wholesale prices listed. The exact shipping cost will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping. Unless other arrangements have been made, orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
At this time, Raleigh Calligraphy & Design does not accept consignment orders. We would be happy to send a sample if you would like to see the quality of our products before placing your wholesale order.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Defective items may be exchanged for product or credit. Please report damages or defective merchandise within five days of receipt. Note that refused packages will be charged full shipping, handling, and any other charges incurred.
We aim to fill and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 10-14 days from the time of your order until shipment unless otherwise communicated. If for any reason we expect a delay with your order you will be notified immediately.
Display and Packaging - All Raleigh Calligraphy & Design products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold as individual cards.
Exclusivity - Raleigh Calligraphy & Design is committed to growing and to helping grow the businesses of our retail partners. For that reason, Raleigh Calligraphy & Design does not offer exclusivity agreements.
Online retailers carrying Raleigh Calligraphy & Design products are required to include the Raleigh Calligraphy & Design name in the product title or in the product description. Our product and lifestyle images can only specifically be used to promote our products. Once you are approved as an online retailer, you may only sell on the URL that is submitted and approved through your wholesale application. Retailers may not utilize third party selling platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, ETSY, etc. Failure to comply will result in your wholesale status being revoked.
Our studio operates M-F 9am-4pm EST. We are closed for weekends and holidays. Orders placed outside of our studio hours will be processed on the following business day.
