SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

Raleigh Calligraphy & Design currently ships all orders using either FedEx or USPS, Monday thru Friday from 9AM–4PM EST. Standard orders (non-personalized) are typically processed between 1–3 business days and then shipped the method of your choice. Ground shipments are sent using either FedEx or USPS based on order type and our discretion. Domestic and international shipping available.

 

 

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of North Carolina.

 

RETURN POLICY

Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for personalized orders. Personalized orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.

 

DAMAGES

If an item reaches you in a damaged condition, we will refund the purchase price once the item has been returned. We cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of items to undertake any returns due to mail carrier mishap.

 

ARE CUSTOMIZED ORDERS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS?

Our made-to-order items such as personalized items or wedding items cannot be exchanged or returned, but if there’s a problem with your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
